To celebrate our 10th Anniversary, CRCO is presenting a unique concert event at the Paramount Theater on Sunday, April 7. All ages are welcome to this free, family-friendly afternoon. No tickets or reservations are needed. Doors will open at 1:30pm for concessions & activities, and the concert starts at 3:00pm. Gather with friends and relax to beautiful orchestra music! The Cedar Rapids Community Orchestra is a growing group of local volunteer musicians, from beginners to advanced, who meet weekly to enjoy playing all kinds of music. Come and meet us! We still start our 10th year this fall, featuring music from Abdel Wahhab Solhi Al-Wadi, Saint-Saëns, Holst, and West Side Story, and an original composition commissioned for CRCO. We will be joined by soloist Lee Postin and our 10 year anniversary will culminate with a final celebration performance at Paramount Theater!
