Outreach String Ensemble
The CRCO Outreach Ensemble is a small group of string players willing to travel and perform around the community. We play at care centers, assisted living and retirement complexes, libraries, farmers markets, service clubs, community events, etc. The group asks for modest donations to CRCO as all players volunteer their time (typically $150-$250/hr as your budget may allow) – also any donations to CRCO are tax deductible as governed by IRS 501(c)3 regulations.
We usually perform a themed program, but we are flexible with enough advance notice. Our current programs include:
Jan-Feb: Broadway, movies, romance
Mar-April: Irish, Scottish, Czech
May-July: Patriotic, American folk*
Sept-Oct: Baroque, Classical
Nov-Dec: Holiday favorites*
